Policy Guidelines & Refund Procedures
1. Eligibility Requirements
The 3-Month Money-Back Guarantee applies exclusively to the Better Half Legacy Reserve – 3 Pack (90-Day Protocol) or verified sequential completion of three 150g jars within a 90 to 105 day period.
2. Active Program Participation
Natural Ayurvedic and Brazilian botanical Rasayanas require cumulative cellular nourishment. To be eligible for a refund under this policy, customers must take the formulation daily as recommended and connect for at least two wellness check-ins via our WhatsApp support or official email during their 90-day protocol.
3. Refund Request Process
If upon completing the full 3-month course according to instructions you do not experience noticeable improvements in vitality, stamina, or vigor:
- Contact our support team within 15 calendar days of completing your 90-day course.
- Provide your original Order ID (e.g.
BH-202610-XXXXX) and registered phone number. - Our wellness panel will review your protocol log and initiate your refund back to your original payment method (Razorpay / UPI / Bank transfer) within 5–7 business days.
